A delicious Shepherd's pie made by my grandmother years ago. I have never tasted anything that delicious in my entire life.
It is made with fried minced meat, corn, mushrooms, home made mashed potatoes and a light gravy.
She places a layer of minced meat on the bottom followed by a layer of corn and a layer of mashed potatoes. A second layer comes on top of that.
On the top is grated Gruyère cheese and then the dish is placed in the oven for slow cooking at relatively low temperature for over 1 hour.
This is the absolute best meal I ever had. Nothing exotic or foreign but simply home cooking.
The tastiest dish I ever tried is this chicken and melted cheese dish I tried in Japan, it was the final step in our morning tour there where we visited a shinto temple and then went on a trip to Mount Fuji later in the day. I have no idea what synthetic chemicals they put in the cheese to make it taste so good but it was the best thing I ever tried in my entire life. And the best tea I ever tried was this sample tea they gave out at Mount Fuji in Japan to make you buy their tea. My parents did not have time to try the tea so they did not purchase it, but it was better than any steak or lobster dinner I ever tried.
For regular days in Canada, my favourite food is kimchi. It is delicious, but I can't eat too much because it makes me thirsty.
I had a prime rib at a restaurant with my father. It was 30 years ago. It was an end cut, cooked a little bit more than prime rib is usually done. It was seasoned to perfection. It came with a big baked potato and the skin was nice and crunchy. The restaurant is still there but has a different owner and it's just not the same.
I'd have to say "Cajan Jambalaya Pasta" from The Cheesecake Factory.

Years ago, I had ramen in a small shop in Tokyo that forever changed my perception of noodle soup. The broth was rich, crafted over several hours, permeated with umami that danced on my palate. Delicate slices of chashu melted like butter in my mouth, and the handmade noodles had the perfect bite. Every spoonful was a revelation, a symphony of flavors and textures. 🍜

I love these so much that I only order this and everything on the menu looks awesome too. These are way to good to pass up. I might order them today. :)
General Tso's chicken, but of course it has to be made right.
I had so many... pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, risotto...
