The system is ridiculous who makes the worker have to beg customers for tips. Why they don’t just raise the foods prices or just charge like system in most of rest of the world who just charge foods prices+tax+service fee.

So the workers get reasonable salaries.
The costumers get comfortable to paying, and no one would say ridiculous things like
“If you can’t tip well, don’t eat outside!”.
In the most of the world, tipping is just customer generosity in your place it’s become responsibility.
