Which country has the best food, and what cuisine do you love most?

Hard to say which country is best.

My favorite was a particular Korean place near where I used to live. It was amazing! But I haven't been able to find another Korean place that comes close.

There was a particular Indian place that had the best Indian food I've ever tasted. Some Indian buffets are good, though, and some are bland.

I like Thai. I usually get Panang chili but also like spicy rice. And Thai iced tea is wonderful.

Italian has some wonderful dishes and good wine.

Some Japanese food is delicious.

I really like Indonesian bakmi goreng.

Some Vietnamese food is wonderful and I love banh mi sandwiches.

Mexican food can be amazing.

There is some great American food:
I love BBQ, especially baby back ribs accompanied by cole slaw, BBQ baked beans, thick fries dipped in BBQ sauce.

New England lobster dinner accompanied by baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives.
Seared scallops.

Cajun food.

I feel like I'm forgetting something. LOL

Well I know who has the worst..

Best = All of Asia really , as long as " no processed sugar added , and no sht cooking oils "
Korean Shabu ( oil dependent )
Japan
Non western Chinese
Thai with the correct Chef


I only consume healthy, so I need to know the preparation , and nothing processed.

Japan is one of my favorites: clean flavors, perfect rice, umami-rich broths, and beautiful simplicity.

If I had to choose one country overall, I’d say Italy steals my heart too. A perfect cacio e pepe in Rome or a slow-cooked ragu in Bologna always feels like home. 🇯🇵🇮🇹

Ah, the age old question. I don't know if it's actually the "best", but I will say PERUVIAN, simply because it is criminally underrated, and one of the few countries I went to where the local version is actually better than the international version.

Technically they do have their own foods. It just comes to style. But they have their originals too. The pizza act is American made by a man from USA and not Italy. And grilled cheese and tomato soup is definitely American.
