I love hot sauce when it actually goes with the food, but I’m not one of those people who pours it on literally everything. What’s your favorite one?

I love hot sauce that balances heat and flavor, not just pain 🌶️

My everyday favorite is a good Mexican-style salsa verde, especially on tacos or eggs. Bright, tangy, with fresh chili and tomatillo, it reminds me of tiny taquerias in Mexico City where the salsa made the whole meal sing.

For pure joy: a fruity habanero sauce on grilled fish or ramen. Perfect kick 😋

nope... I don't do hot sauce

but I make hot sauces, for sure...

mango habanero is the latest I've been perfecting... and before that, it was chimichurri

by "perfecting" I mean that I can adjust it to the taste of different people, meaning... more or less, a lot more hotter, like hell...

It was a seafood boil restaurant and they had different levels of spicy… I chose the hottest one. It was GOOD AF… but I was suffering lol my nose and eyes were watering 😁

It’s moderately spicy. I don’t do super hot. It’s actually a wing sauce but I use it for other things as well, it’s so good.
