Even at health oriented places i usually don't order drinks because the sizes are always too small. I drink like a camel. Plus unlike solid foods, most of these drinks are easy to store, carry, and prepare (just dilute a powder in water). If i wasn't too worried about health, i would be carrying powders to make all the same drinks that they sell in plastic cups.
