Why Women Are Rude to Men

You hear it all the time. Women never answer my messages. She's stuck up. She thinks she's better than everyone else. All I did was say hi and she told me to fuck off!

It's sad and it's often true and now I know why it happens.

A few weeks ago I had an incident at a petrol station. A man pulled into the petrol station, started up a conversation with me and to cut a long story short, he ended up in my car and I gave him my phone number to get him out.

I laughed about this later with friends thinking it was kind of flattering and funny. But it escalated a bit and suddenly it wasn't so funny anymore. Looking over your shoulder every time you go somewhere isn't nice.

After this incident I realised that was my third .. Yep third!!! ... Incident where I have had my personal space invaded or been pushed into a situation I was not comfortable with simply because I didn't want to be rude or to make a scene in a public place.

I have had a car stop in front of me at 2am and the driver get out and ask me out for coffee. I have had a man join me uninvited for coffee in a shopping centre. This one I also gave my phone number to just so I could leave ... Yes I know, insane hey ... And he stalked me for months.

And, last night, whilst driving to the Cell, I had a man in a car next me smiling and asking me to pull over. I laughed because seriously WTF I'm driving on the freeway! He took that as encouragement and followed me for some time.

So to all the men out there ... That is why women are rude to you! You (yes I am generalising) invade our personal space and expect us to be flattered and charmed. You don't take NO gracefully and let us move on. You make us feel unsafe because you don't respect boundaries. You get in my car uninvited!!!!

That's why women are rude and stuck up. Because if we give you an inch, you take a mile.

Apologies to the majority of men who are not like this but unfortunately it only takes one incident (or sometimes 4) to make women feel this way.

Or, if she doesn't have her phone on her... she's in a public place! A gas station!
How about... "Get the fuck out of my car, NOW, or I'm gna scream"?
I mean, yeah, that one still works, as well as always.

Srsly, my heart aches, thinking about what sort of abuse must have transpired in this woman's lifetime, for her not to have the personal boundaries that most normal women would have. in a situation like this.
My heart hurts.

I mean, I'm afraid she even gave the dude her real, actual phone number. ::facepalm::

In any case, my point is -- Yes, she has a point. BUT, no, most women do not need to take it this far, because most women are not anywhere near this helpless in the face of hostile actions.

I think she should go to a therapist, and try to sort out why she is so completely unable to stand up for herself. That's no damn way to go through life.

She did not let him in. She just didn't lock her doors fast enough.
Also as somebody else here wrote she handled the situation well because had she not played along he could have become aggressive. And it's never good when the person on your passenger seat gets aggressive.

It sounds more like a pathetic cop-out for women's poor behaviour to me. If a woman is going to do that then don't bitch and moan when us men don't approach you, talk to you or show interest in you. Also don't say that men need to grow balls and approach women. If women are going to act like this don't complain when men don't treat you like a lady because women that act like that don't deserve to be called a lady because they are not a lady and don't blame men for not wanting to marry women if they are going to behave like that and yes it is all women's fault if they act this way and men want nothing to do with women.

Yeah it happens not gonna lie, i haven't heard of a single incident like that but apperantly it happens, in my honest opinion the writer was giving some stranger vibes to start with no man would that to you if you were acting normally.

As for being rejected i dont do the cold approach thing at all i need to know the girl somehow or otherwise i am not gonna approach i have to much dignity to be treated like the men in your article, i've realized that you dont chase women , you make your presence known, you talk to her but only of you have a legit reason like she's a classmate or you work together, show that you like her through talking and let her do the rest, thats the only way that seems to work... my friend does cold approaches a lot , he got 2 or 3 dates out of approaching dozens of random women, needless to say they weren't in their "right" mind and it never lasted more than a couple dates with nothing happening but a kiss.

Your take shows nothing other than what i suspected for years, cold approaches do not work, you need to know the girl even if you're super hot and she's staring at you for hours, those youtube videos are a big lie and the Pick Up Artists? they work in very limited places , like clubs, bars, shows, places with girls looking to get with guys, but thats about it normal, good girlfriend material girls do not respoind to a stranger guy asking for their number no matter how hot he is... I know cause lots of girls consider me very good looking, online, offline, classmates, sisters friends, random older women... etc i hear it a lot and its not a suprirse that i get looks from girls, i got looks from a girl who stared at me for minutes non stop every time she saw me, i decided to make a move and talk to her on social media since its safe and more comfortable for her ( i dont know her but she knows my friend) and she didn't even respond to my friend request !!! and this is a girl who showed clear signs of attraction !!!

So no approaching random girls doesn't work, it works only if you're older, an accomplished man and are looking for a wife you can be direct and tell her your true intentions.

@KawaiiPie67 the only time i did something close to cold approaches is when i talked to these girls at a bar, it was a bar and everyone was dancing so it was obvious they're looking with company, i was with a couple friends and they stared at us for a tleast 15 mins i went there and said hi and we danced for few hours then they left lol i was dissapointed tbh , but in a normal situation i dont really approach girls i wait for signs and to get to know the girls somehow cause approaching random strangers does not work.

Yeah, I am not surprised. She was clever. Now she has his phone number (he called her) and hence, the name and address of the guy if she ever wants to go to the police since they only have to check the phone records.

This is exactly what I tried to tell some guys here why we sometimes act cold when being approached by strangers. I have been stalked and harassed before and the things mentioned here are really not that rare.
Ofcourse now there are people saying 'it only happened with 4 people. Bad excuse for being rude', but you don't realise then it actually happends about 80% of the times when being approached in public. Just not always as extreme. Often just a persistent guy, but it still takes some energy to get rid of him which you don't always want to waist.
However, for me this only accounts with strangers in a public location directly implying for dating, sex etc. You know what I mean. Outside those situations, I don't think it's very acceptable.

I understand how the bad men are but women also have to accept that it is also not right to treat us men to the level a lot of you women do and a lot of the things some women do have no excause other than just a shitty woman that is not worth a man's time. Actually, what she did was wise. She doesn't know that man. Confronting him could have made him violent and she could have ended up in a far worse situation. She was very wise and it ended in the best way possible. Same thing if she gave him a fake number. He could have checked it in the car. Kudos to her on finding a diplomatic way to diffuse a situation that could have turned very bad.
The guy was stupid and should have been beaten up to a pulp, but her safety was the most important thing.

He didn't break into her car. He opened the door and got in to talk to her. Yeah, it's very creepy, but it's still something that could be done without ill intentions. He didn't rape or attack her. He was trying to seduce her and did it in the most stupidest way ever. She was not violated, raped, beaten or even touched (afaik). She was in an uncertain, volatile situation, but she was not in immediate danger. All she has left is an anecdote and the phone number of an asshole.

Not answering a message isn't necessarily rude. Being stuck up is a matter of opinion. The overwhelming majority of women I've known don't go around thinking they're better than everyone else.

That being said, telling someone to fuck off for saying hi is the only one of these I would consider rude.

It has nothing to do with men "taking a mile when you give them an inch." Anyone who's had a decent upbringing knows it not ok to be rude to men in general just because you've encountered a few men who can't take no for an answer.

You're at a petrol station, nobody else is around, a car pulls up and the guy gets out and starts flirting with you, you try to brush him off but he persists. You get in your car and just before you can lock the doors he climbs into your passenger seat and continues trying to chat you up.

What do you do?
This is an in the moment situation, you have no time to think through what you're doing, it's a knee jerk reaction. He could get violent and you know you're in a tight spot if he does.
