@MysteryBird Exactly. Either: 1. Text you (initiated themselves) and ask you how you have been. You reply and ask back and then they just wait, despite texting many other people (you can see their read and last online statuses). Then they either text you back after a day or more or just leave it? 2. Respond to your initiation text very quickly and then ask you how you are. Then they read it and either text you back after a prolonged period of time or just leave it? 3. In both cases, this could be a girl you just met or a girl you have known for a while?
@MysteryBird Ummm... No. It's obvious. Like for example, you should know why I'm mad @ you. Because you should know your own ACTIONS. Or I shouldn't have to TELL you how I deserve to be treated. You should know how I deserve to be treated by how I present myself. NOT by what I tell you. Actions speak louder than words. If a guy deliberately pisses me off, I get mad @ him, and then he wants to act as if he doesn't know what he did wrong, I'm leaving. Cuz an adult should be aware of their own ACTIONS. THAT'S why it's ALWAYS obvious with me. Because I show my emotions the instant anyone does anything out of line. I NEVER make it not obvious.
I agree with this, but I think you should add some explanation for each of those. I'm not sure if it's good that women know this either, because if they don't know, it's easier to spot the ones that aren't girlfriend material, ha ha!
π Yeah. It's called vanity... I move to add on looking indirectly at men in reflective surfaces like store front Windows... as if you were the female Odysseus & men we're male versions of Medusa & could turn you into a pillar of salt!
LMAO those were some funny GIF's! "Cellulite Sally" HAHAHAHA!!! Here's another one for you: (and guys too so don't hate) Please stop saying that sarcasm is my second language you don't realize how stupid that makes you sound!!
Because then if you say something stupid its considered normal behaviour. And if you say something smart its considered extraordinary and you are praised for it.
But if you show yourself as being as smart as you are, say something dumb and you get put down for it, but if you say something smart there's no reaction. Because thats just you.
Men want to feel needed. Also they like to protect and a woman that doesn't seem to understand also needs some protection. This is more in the initial phase of attraction, some girls know this :) Perhaps this is beneth you but it isn't for others.
@BaileyisDarcy I can understand the not wanting to be put down for saying something that sound stupid to others. Since I have a learning disorder sometimes I have a harder time understanding others or what they mean. So I end up saying something that to them sounds extremely stupid. Which makes me feel bad and wanting them feel worse than me at that moment. Since it's not something I do due to lack of intelligence.
He doesn't. But that doesn't mean that that behaviour doesn't trigger attraction... damsel in distress, a mental erection so to speak that just happens. Women have been using this ploy for centuries because it works. It is a short ploy, just enough to get interest started.
@Jersey2 Then wouldn't men need to stop giving that type of behavior attention if they want women to not feel like they have to act stupid to get attention?
I think many guys are oblivious to it as they get wrapped up in helping or explaining whatever it is that is being asked. Not sure why it made a top ten list though as it usually isn't obvious or a longlasting behaviour. .
We are annoyed by it when it causes problems or misunderstandings. Look at all the heated reactions to the take by females. Hmm. If they REALLY didn't care... they wouldn't answer.
lol talking too much is a huge one for me. women can say a thousand words without getting a single idea across. i just stopped listening to women about fifteen years ago.
One thing that drives me crazy is the constant mirror checking. Some will pull out a mirror every 20min seeing how their hair is doing, if they look okay... this has me rolling my eyes big time -- my boys say the same thing.
πππππ not a lesbian. But I really don't care about anything you just said because at the end of the day these holes get filled and that's all I really need men forππΎ
One thing I wish guys stopped doing: assuming we do everything for them. I've been bullied because I acted according to my high IQ, playing dumb just makes it easier to interact with people plus it's just fun to do. I do it for myself. Girls wear make up for themselves and for each other. In my experience guys gossip at least as much.
What Girls & Guys Said

This is a funny take!!
Also girls who text you how are you to initiate, or respond to your text with a how are you?
Then they ignore your response and don't respond to your how she is back...
WHAT?
Yes!!! Why do girls do that?
@MysteryBird Exactly. Either:

I don't expect you to read my mind. But @ least read the OBVIOUS signs. And I'm only insecure when you make me feel that way.
Unfortunately what may seem obvious to you, is not as obvious to us.
@MysteryBird Ummm... No. It's obvious. Like for example, you should know why I'm mad @ you. Because you should know your own ACTIONS. Or I shouldn't have to TELL you how I deserve to be treated. I don't think Jessica Simpson was pretending...
She's a decent singer, but she's never been the brightest bulb on the string.
Omg, brightest bulb on the string. I am stealing that!!
I think same thing can be done with guys/men in these, but not the make ups. However, true men and women don't need all that.
A lot of these stem from self esteem issues really... And you can't just wish low self esteem away.
Insightful. So what do we do? Raise stronger more self confident daughters! Right?
I agree with this, but I think you should add some explanation for each of those. I'm not sure if it's good that women know this either, because if they don't know, it's easier to spot the ones that aren't girlfriend material, ha ha!
You left out
11. Saying "I just thought you would have if you loved me..."
12. Saying "real men" do/like/want X.
I have an add on. Looking at the mirror or checking yourself at the mirror. Drives them crazy!
π Yeah. It's called vanity...
I move to add on looking indirectly at men in reflective surfaces like store front Windows... as if you were the female Odysseus & men we're male versions of Medusa & could turn you into a pillar of salt!
But despite all of the annoyances - Deep down, we know you appreciate all of our female quirks.
No we don't!!!
LMAO those were some funny GIF's! "Cellulite Sally" HAHAHAHA!!!
Here's another one for you: (and guys too so don't hate) Please stop saying that sarcasm is my second language you don't realize how stupid that makes you sound!!
ππ that's what I said when I saw cellulite Sally!!!
@This_is_my_username Yeah don't be that girl! lol
She was skinny too which made it funnier!
@TimTcgraw you're just to amazing! Lmfao I know right! ππstill dying.
I particularly dislike when women play hard to get. But I'd like to think that's something only immature women do.
Why would some women pretending to be dumb? I don't really get the benefits of doing that.
Because then if you say something stupid its considered normal behaviour. And if you say something smart its considered extraordinary and you are praised for it.

@Jersey2 I don't really get why a dude would want a chick that is stupid. How do you have conversations?
He doesn't. But that doesn't mean that that behaviour doesn't trigger attraction... damsel in distress, a mental erection so to speak that just happens. Women have been using this ploy for centuries because it works. It is a short ploy, just enough to get interest started.

I think many guys are oblivious to it as they get wrapped up in helping or explaining whatever it is that is being asked. Not sure why it made a top ten list though as it usually isn't obvious or a longlasting behaviour. .
@Jersey2 That's kind of sad of the dudes for being so wrapped up in it.
Wrapped up in explaining whatever she asked, wrapped up in helping.
We are annoyed by it when it causes problems or misunderstandings. Look at all the heated reactions to the take by females. Hmm. If they REALLY didn't care... they wouldn't answer.
Memo received! We are working on it! 😉 Might take some time to implement.
Thanks.
And excessive looking in the mirror and vanity. All the time could be spent learning how to play an instrument, or painting, or something.
lol talking too much is a huge one for me. women can say a thousand words without getting a single idea across. i just stopped listening to women about fifteen years ago.

Talking about women like their an item and not a human being.
Who gives a fuck what men want us to not do 😂
πππππ not a lesbian. But I really don't care about anything you just said because at the end of the day these holes get filled and that's all I really need men forππΎ
π Hmm. Peg goes into hole.
I have peg. Girl has hole...
@Johnagain lmao π Exactly
The problem is... they actually know that but still they do these things.

@Felinegirl why are you telling me that? XD
I am sick of people telling women what to do :)
stop talking :)
@pavlove or more specifically listening.
Same here. No one should tell anyone else how to live their life. π
@clampfan101 right :)
