#1--She finds you unattractive, to the point where you're so ugly, you are so ugly, you scare the shit out of the mens room. Only a goldigger would be seen with an ugly, disfigured man, because he is financing her shopping addiction and care-free lifestyle. Which brings us TO...

#2--She is complete goldigger who won't even look at you twice unless you drive a fancy car and have a six-digit salery. Not all women are like this, but a very unhealthy percentage are. To avoid these women, simply downplay it a lot if you do have money and be a cheapskate on first dates. And if she leaves you for that, she was a gold digger and you dodged the dreaded bullet of allimony.

#3--She was HAPPILY married. An unhappily married woman who found you attractive would have been glad to shag you discreetly, especialy if her hubby was the kind of guy who was selfish in bed, and could never have sex without paying through the nose.

#4--She was a lesbian, which isn't wrong be any means, with respect to the women reading.

#5--You are so mentally-feeble, her instincts kicked in to make sure she did not pass on your poluted genes.

Actually, confidence is a big one (confident men are more attractive - for many women, this is more of a turn on than looks in fact).
So is morality (many women consider themselves too virtuous to have casual sex).
Then there is security (casual sex with a stranger can be extremely risky).
STIs.
Social status (if anyone finds out a woman is promiscuous, that could be her social standing down the drain).
Nervousness.
Other standards she is entitled too (e. g. she might only date a certain race, a certain hair colour, a man with a certain job, etc.).
