This is why males generally don't have women as friends... we have women we pretend to be friends with while we try to have sex with them. But generally women are exactly as this post suggests.
I am none of the above. And I'm sad to hear that you believe all girls are like this when most aren't.
@Bumby If you honestly say that as a female you don't compete against other women, then I have to call bs. Women are inherently competitive against other women in regards to being the prettiest. It isn't a flaw, it's simply biology.

In my experience the women who feel this way about other women tend to usually be the problem... My guy friends and my girl friends are really not much different from each other.
