The last one doesn't. Women can have high standards if they want to. It's not up to you to decide who they give a chance to. And if they don't find anyone they like in the end, it's still their problem, not yours. This doesn't mean you are entitled to their attention or having sex with them.

I want a smart, pretty, hardworking girl, who knows at least 4 languages.
VS
I want a 10/10 girl, IQ at least 130, height in between 162-165, 135-140 pounds, has gone to a prestigious university, makes at least 140,000$/year, is no older than 24, is Catholic, has blond hair, has a big chest, etc.

That's the difference, between general standards and calculated standards.
With general standards you leave room for human imperfections and realities, with calculated ones you aren't looking at a person but rather at a car. Looking at it's exact specifications before deciding to purchase it.

I've spent my entire life being single. Part of that is because I grew up in a strict family where we weren't allowed to date until we had finished school/college. I am still single because I haven't been able to find quality men to date as well as being kept at home and not being allowed out of the house.
