I have no respect for people who lump others into groups and act like everyone in that group is the same.
And that's okay. Not everyone is the same, but you have enough of those who are.

If a woman is interested in a guy, she should approach him. Period. She may never see him again otherwise.

Women should approach men because some guys are too shy to approach.
We have much more reason to fear rejection (it's more likely that a man will get rejected by lots of women compared to odds of a pretty woman being rejected by men).

I don't think that many Women think that, Most believe if a Guy likes them enough they will approach but most of us Guys can be painfully Shy and we usually won't approach no matter how much we like you, So us Shy Guys get ignored.
They should approach men since most women think the average guy who approach them is "creepy".
