I’ve experienced this too. *clears throat* the purpose is literally so a woman underwear or lack of does expose her in the event of string wind, peeping Tom’s, exiting cars, etc. English women just wear pantyhose and have weights sew in. Plus the higher society ones are trained in exiting cars.

Yes. There are guys who also sneak in bathrooms and look under stalls, locker rooms, and houses but the answer to your specific question is yes.

Because guys can’t see they’re underwear. All they see are shorts so if you get off on shorts then more power to you ig but most guys get disappointed because they can’t see the girls actual underwear. It’s like expecting a pornstar to be in your shower (for some odd reason) and finding your mom instead. It’s a boner killer and that’s why we love them.

Protecting a woman’s modesty. You ever notice how girls have to cover their shoulders because “having them out is crude and distracting to boys” (false but okay) so we have to wear something on our arms at all times in school or the workplace (but moreso school) and when guys make sexual comments and we complain “well your shoulders shouldn’t be out its inappropriate” so shorts are under our skirt to protect us because sometimes we get blamed for our own sexual harassment
