I've seen this before so here's myTake on 6 things girls won't tell you.

1. Girls actually like fixing your hair. I know guys sometimes think that girls would like their hair nice with gel, and stuff but really, most of us like your hair naturel, maybe a nice cut, but as for me, playing with my guy friend's hair is so great. It makes me happy, and, correct me if I'm wrong, it mostly makes the guy happy.

2. We like it when you wear nice clothes. Listen, don't get me wrong muscles can be attractive, and sometimes girls are seriously into that, but I personally like a guy to wear nice t-shirts, jeans, boy shorts and sweatshirts. AND PLEASE don't wear shorts that show your thighs! Why would you do that? It's not attractive.

3. We like it when you are polite. I know in movies girls are often shown to be attracted to the jerks with the motor bikes, but most of the time that's not the case. When you show kindness to others around you and are nice to us directly, it shows that you have a big heart and that's what a girl's after.

4. We like it when your good with kids. I work at a day camp with a few guys and I LOVE it when they show kindness or compassion towards the kids, by helping them, picking them up, or playing with them. This shows us as women that you'd be a good father, and somewhere deep down it triggers the motherly nature in us and it makes us smile.

5. Don't be feminine. I'm not talking about the guys who want to be girls or whatever, that's THEIR OWN business. Personally, I like to see guys who are real men. Who like masculine things and who show their strength and courage. I'm not talking about just muscles either. If you're polite, masculine, and compassionate, you've got my heart. It shows us that you'd protect your family and again, somewhere deep down it triggers that instinct that all women were born with.

6. Don't move in. Personally I like it when guys stay back and get to know ME first not my body. When you spend time talking with a women it shows her that you're not just after one thing, that thing being something most of you guys know.

2. This falls in the category of “yeah, we know that, and we don’t care”. We don’t dress for you, we dress for our own comfort and preferences.

3. This falls in the category of “don’t listen to what women say; watch how they behave, because they are usually two very different things”. What women say they want and what they actually fall for are often very different things.

4. I’ll agree with this one. It’s generally true.

5. There is SO MUCH HYPOCRISY among women on this subject. You’re not wrong here, but the majority of women are just dishonest on this topic. I refer you back to # 3.

6. Yup, sex. And this one falls into the “duh” category. The fact is your desires on this subject are usually in direct conflict with ours. You can tell us all day long what you want, but we care about what we want, too, just like you care about what you want. Women fall in love with a guy and then want to have sex with him. Men have sex with a woman and then fall in love with her. Neither is right or wrong, just different. We know what you want, and we know what we want. The good news for men today is that women are much more likely to comply with what WE want now. They feel pressure to because they know all the other girls are doing it, so they’d better do it too or the guy will move on to someone who will. This is the world we live in today, like it or not.

A lot of this is just your personal opinions on what you care about. Its not what all women want or care about. You like fixing mens hair, you want men to dress fancy. you don't want shorts that show any thigh? lol - Not every woman cares about that. But you want to mold and control the man to your specifications.

And some of what you say is about common decency and being considerate. That is pretty much universal for any person, man or woman.

Part of this is you are just posting up your complaints really, things driven by what turns you off or on personally, maybe bad experiences from your past ("don't move in").

Certainly in modern times, men who act like men (and I mean just being masculine, chivalry, etc, not being assholes) get attacked, cancelled, label narcissist, sexist, etc. It seems the culture in the US is moving towards men being girly wimps. The last time I held a door open for a woman she gave me a dirty look and said "I can do that myself". If you tell a woman she looks great, you are a harasser. A big part of society today does not want men to be men - masculine = sexist for many women today.

Personally, I think men should be their authentic selves and not try to figure out who they are supposed to be based on some list. Dress how you want to dress, be masculine if that is who you are. Don't be an asshole, be nice to people, be kind, honest, considerate if you want to be respected. The last thing you want is some guy pretending for you based on how you want him to be.

There a certainly women out there who want soft, effeminate men who do as they are told, are super sensitive, submissive, etc. I see these relationships everywhere. It depends on what you want.

Personally I want to be with a woman who is strong and independent, stands beside me as a partner, is authentic, and accepts me for who I am. We take on the world together and see it as an adventure. I don't try to mold her to some list I made - I accept her for who she is and I love who she is, and she accepts me for who I am. But that is just me. I am not going to say that every relationship needs to be that way

don't move in , hmmm.. hmmm... are you boring.. it depends. if your boring then all you have is your body and heart and everything a guy is gonna want. does romance require sex.. no.. but its a hell of a lot easier to embrace romance with touching.. I'm not sticking around to feel played.. and thats the way guys feel around women who don't like touching.. like. why am i here.. we aren't bonding.. you might be bonding, but as much as you want to preach about what women what.. you seam to ignore 2 important fucking things.. the unspoken truths. Men do the choosing 85% of the time.. , because women can't handle rejection , 2 he didn't ask you out because you sounded pretty , your body was his introduction.. thats innate in nature.. we don't like cowards either., if I don't get a kiss I am leaving, Im not here to chat about star wars.. do you have chemistry.. chick? so in all fairness. if you want all these things.. its not gonna happen.. IF you let him sink away. he's ghosting, because he doesn't feel at home with you, because you don't touch him... bottom line.. its easier to make men feel special than women.. she left.. wouldn't be the first and won't be the last. you can have all of the world, if you make me feel special too. that is fair. that is selfrespect. if you think Im an asshole for saying that. i am kind. and that is me being a MAN.

WOW! You said it all, BABE! Seriously, those are the most honest and practical 6 things I've ever seen or heard a woman tell us!
I can attest (because I've been around the block a couple times) that it's all true. Most women want to say exactly what you wrote. Guys need to print this and put it in your wallet or where you will read it once in a while.

2-4. Actually women make this all pretty well known. Not a secret at all, common knowledge.

5. This is really the only one that most women won't tell men to their face most of the time. But even then, we are well aware.

6. Doesn't even make sense. Don't move in? And then you talk about getting to know you before your body? Again something men know about women, but the way you write this, is strange.
