When women say they want a nice guy, what they mean is they want a good looking hot guy that would treat them like average looking nice would. Most nice guys are not good looking so women don't want them. They want a hot guy, but the hot guys women want, have many choices and since for them, women are easy, they are not motivate to treat women nice.
Then that means they want good looking guys not nice guys. And that's what the mytake is exactly talking about. "Women don't want what they say they do"
@Aiko_E_Lara In a since, women want what they say they want. When a woman says she wants a nice guy, she is only talking about guys that count and the only guys that count are good looking guys. It is like if a girl says, "No guy wants to date me," the hundreds of guys that want to date her that don't meet her standards have a count of zero guys. They may as well not exist. She could be asked by 1,000 guys, but if none meet her standards, in her mind she has not been asked.
Then why can't she just say she wants "guys that count and the only guys that count are good looking guys"? Good looking has nothing to do with having a nice personality. Same goes with that statement "No guy wants to date me", she just can't be straight. There has to be meaning with everything which contradicts the idea of what they say which proves they don't want what they say they do.
@Aiko_E_Lara Because typically when we don't get what we want, we are seeking sympathy, If instead of saying, "No guy wants to date me," I'm not going to get much sympathy if I say, "Twenty guys asked me for a date but I turned then all all down because I didn't like their looks.

@Aiko_E_Lara Looking for sympathy is not lying anymore than you would be lying if a girl ask, "Do you think I'm fat?" and you tell her what you know she wants to hear.
Because looking for sympathy has nothing to do with asking trick questions but it is something to be deserved. And for one deserve it, they need to be humble and respectful like treating others how they want them to treat her and politely asking them for their help. It's just a lot of women can get sympathy unconditionally just makes them abuse that privilege by just simply asking those trick questions expecting others to be mind readers.
My experience is different. Some women have been as you describe. Others were straight up, "Tell me if this outfit sucks or makes me look like my ass is the size of a bus." types. The trick is finding out how she is and then avoiding the deceitful ones.
I doubt it- they can be as vulgar in their language as a Marine, but try telling that girl her ass is huge in a negative way, and you'll be blocked.
Yeah it's true but that makes them different and it's more fun that way... Imagine if they're as logical and reasonable and exactly like guys, where's the fun in that? but of course good balance is the best... Too much of that is irritating...
There are so many more situations you are correct, but in my experience only shallow girls are like what you describe. There is always going to be the (how am I supposed to answer THAT) but in the end it's petty and the relationship goes on. No doubt girls/women want strong guys and the bad boy thing lasts until they start the idea of "settling" down then the good boys have it all!
Majority of men that are good w/ women (50+ women or more) would agree w/ you. The next step is to understand why. Woman react based off feelings and make decisions based on how they are feeling at that moment. This gives them a built in out that allows them to get away w/ not being congruent w/ their words. As men we need to understand this and focus on a womans actions vs her words.
The first and second one are definitely true. Women dont actually want an emotional man. They want a man that can tell them what's going on without being a bitch about it. And women more so than men dont like the truth. That's society lies to women and tells them a bunch of bullshit that they eat up and believe. But when you tell them uncomfortable truths, its like a dagger piercing the heart for them

Most women dont want to date a "bad boy", it just happens that those type of dude are actually manly as fuck. "Nice guys", esspecially ones who self-proclaim thier niceness, are typically needy supplicating people pleasing man children. The typical "bad boy" is confident, says what they mean, goes for what they want, and does all of that without fear of judgment or rejection. It's not the fact that they're bad, nobody wants to date an asshole, it's the fact that they're typically confident and masculine that makes them attractive

I'm not trying to legitimize anything. I'm saying those types of men exude masculinity and women find that sexy. That's not to say that every nice person is a simp, but damn near every "bad boy" is hyper masculine.
While I agree that the number falls off quite a bit as women hit 30 or so, there are plenty of women into their 40s who only want bad boys. Most of them will openly admit it.
The real problem, though, is that the good guys that women run to in their 30s to bail them out from the bad decisions in their 20s don't want them. After a decade of being ran through by bad boys, and all the emotional damage that comes with that, such women have destroyed much of their former value to good men. And they did so by choice - they could have chosen a good man in their 20s, but they were "boring" - and the bad boys were exciting. Of course, they were also abusive and often unfaithful, and sometimes even worse.
There are good women who pick good men and start families in their mid 20s, but those women are rare these days. Feminism (not equality, FEMINISM) has done so much damage to society it's crazy.
