Ladies, have you ever fallen for a guy you rejected before? If so, why?

I got rejected by the girl I really like but I was wondering if it's possible for a girl to change her mind and start falling for the guy she has rejected before especially if he was really nice and sweet around you and always try to make you smile.
Do you have any experience? If you do, what changed your mind? Also, like how long did it take to fall for him after rejecting him?

Yes, I've done it and it's possible although I suppose it would depend on why she rejected you in the first place. Me and this guy...well I liked him at the time I rejected him but just wasn't in a position to date him at the time due to some things that were going on in my life. So it wasn't him I was rejecting, just the situation. Then we got into a stupid fight over a misunderstanding and it turned into a big clusterfuck, but once we smoothed things out later I started falling for him. I don't know why exactly, the feelings were always there to some extent for me, he always showed some level of interest towards me and yes, he was sweet to me. This was some time later, maybe 6 months or so and we had overlapping social circles and kept running into one another. So I'd say there's hope if she had some level of interest in you initially but definitely don't hold onto that, it wouldn't be fair to yourself to wait for something that may never happen.

Yes actually. We aren't together anymore but a while ago I met my ex at a concert for the first time and he just stared at me, never said a word and I told my friend "omg he's such a creeper all he did was stare at me" (and he was a little nerdy) but he got my AIM from my friend I guess and we started talking and had seen each other at another concert and it went from there.

i'm thinking of him because i feel bad for him , then starts from that i have another feeling towards him , for example , i get jealous over nothing when a girl approach him.. ( i'm such a loser lol ) , i can't admit to him that i finally like him after i rejected him :)

for me the situation was in the opposite side...it was during my puberty (i was not hot) i had a crush on a guy who was older than me he was always avoiding me and was the overconfident type of dude but i reject him when he asked me for a date three years ago (was looking more hotter lol)..good for him

Sometimes, Im quick to judge a person by their looks or even a first impression but later I see the things I've missed and wish I could go back and have another chance.
I would say getting to know him better changed my mind. Seeing all his great qualities.
Um, maybe a few weeks? It was really a matter of getting to know him, so however long that takes.
