Is my cancer girl crush ignoring/cheating me?

Hey, I am 27 years male (Leo, DOB- 31July), I got this girls no 4m a common friend THREE months back. She is 20+ & Cancer sign (DOB-20 July). She stays at Hostel but loves her HOME. We went for formal dating within 7 days then 2nd, 3rd...& so on...We met normally 5 days/week. We met each other more than 50 times during last 3 months.

Please go through the below & answer my question, whether she is playing or not

1.She told me "I am one of her close circle friend & She trust me 100%"
2.She told her friends that I am a GOOD FRIEND of her.
3.She never says that she likes me, if I ask 'She just smiles & request not to ask this question again & again'. But as per her version I get more chance than of her guy friends.
4.She is very fondly to me but her mood swims sometimes.
5.Some times she talks to many guys over phone.
6.She introduced me to her mother over phone as a friend & I talked to her mom.
7.I paid her coaching admission cost of Rs.40,000, as she requires loan for that. Bcoz I find her as LOVE potential & she doesn't belong to a rich family like ME.
8.I gave my ATM card to her, she told that she withdrawn Rs.700/- later on I find she actually withdrawn Rs.2000/-
9.I gifted her many costly things, one of them Rs.16000/- smartphone.
10. I generally bear all expenses when we go out together, including of her personal stuff etc.
11.Now a days I am confused if she started ignoring me. But she is very polite to me. We used to talk average 90mnts/day. Now its 30-35 mnts/day, or less than that...
12.She tries to cover up if she tells lie to me.
13.As per her version "She had a boyfriend, who broke her, so she is Heart-broken. Hence she can't accept any relationship now & in future"

13.We sit together at the same coaching center.

Firstly, stop calling her your "Cancer girl." When people see that heading they get mislead into thinking you are having some dramatic romance with a dying girl. Most people put absolutely no weight on what day of the month you were born or what sign you are so unless you are going to explain how that matters I'd advise not wasting writing space mentioning it as you might lose readers (just some advice)
As to your question... she seems to have been extremely clear that she is not romantically interested. She calls you a friend, tells you not to ask her if she likes you, and says that she can't accept any relationship now or in the future. She doesn't want a romantic relationship. If you do not want to spend a bunch of money on a girl that you don't seem to have a future with, that's your decision to make. She may eventually break down, but right now her words are very clear and therefore you can't really say that she is playing you. She might just want a big brother type figure: a guy she can talk to and who'll be there to help her out when she needs you. It may be her talks with you have diminished simply because she's feeling that you want more than she does. However, a 30 min convo a day is definitely not ignoring you. And she can't be cheating on you if you aren't in a relationship-- which you aren't.
The withdrawal of money thing, however, is a giant no-go. I hope you made very clear how NOT okay that was. I mean giving her your card in the first place after only knowing her for three months is kind of asking for it... but still. Moral red flag

Now Im heart-broken. I don't want to be her sugar daddy. I told her clearly that " I treat you more-than a friend" & she just smile & said it's OK.
I also told her "I couldn't accept ignorance from you"- then she asked me "Tell me one thing that you come to know I ignore you", I couldn't ans her...then she said just sit, if you don't have answer.

its fine if ur interested in her and help her but when she lied it should ring a bell, why would she lie that she had withdrawn 700 when she actually took out 2000? even if she had asked for 2000 in first place u wouldn't have said no since u bear all her expenses. firstly she said ur a close friend and she trusts u 100% and now out of the blue she is heart broken after using so much money of urs? she LIES to u. even when u know she i lieing. what evidence do u need now? and now she is simply ignoring u coz she had enough of ur money. did she started ignoring u after u stopped spending so much on her as u used to do before?

No. I didn't yet stop spending money on her. Even last week I drop her hometown by first class train, then we eat together at a restaurant. We travel together on a rickshaw for having fun etc...when she reached home then stopped calling me. I am confused. Even I can't FORGET her immediately.
