What does it mean if a girl smiles around me a lot?

She'll often start smiling around me, and when we pass by each other she'll look I'm front of her but she'll be smiling. And she's quiet and isn't always smiling. What does that mean?

She either likes you or she feels comfortable around you. I've had guy friends I always smiled around when I didn't like them in any way shape or form.
