Girls, What does it mean when a girl smiles when you go to help her?

This girl at my work who has been acting a bit quieter with me recently. I've known her for a few years. Our conversation was effortless and easy to start with, we just clicked so well and our eye contact was really strong. Now she seems to be acting a bit awkward around me for no apparent reason. She did smile a bit the other day when I walked over to help her cause she knocked something over. When then started chatting. She seems to still laugh at things I say. But initiating conversation everytime I see her seems a bit awkward, it's making me nervous and I think she is too. But we've spoken heaps and known each other for a few years. So what gives?

don’t message her, this isn’t something that you should talk about in text because it’s hard to read tones in such circumstances. tell her you want to talk to her about something important and ask if she’s can meet in person. just because you e known her for years and had great conversations doesn’t mean either of you won’t get the feels. i still get nervous around my guy even tho i’ve done the weirdest shit i could possibly do. just take a deep breath and meet up with her

by weird, i just mean be a weirdo. by feels i mean the whole nervousness anxious butterflies in my stomach feeling you get when you’re with someone you like. the sooner you guys talk, the better it is

I get butterflies when I see her aswell. I literally can't stop thinking about her. I'm actually missing her and it's driving me crazy. Noticed she was doing some weird things too last week

She was doing things like going on my break the at same time as me. It was as soon as she saw me going on my break. She was also approaching this desk at the same time as me and she hoped on the computer but was actually doing nothing. Then when I passed again like 1 minute later she was just staring at a login screen. She had no phone in her hand or anything
