What does it mean when a girl smile after I say to go out to a place?

Does it mean that she wants to spend more tine with me?

Is this a way for her trying to be friends?

I talk to the girl about how she was and if her place was affected by the Hurricane. She tells me that her place is fine but other areas where she lives were flooded. I didn't knew the area that she specifically mentioned so it went like the following:

Her: Oh it's just the mall that got flooded.

Me: Hmm. . . I haven't been in that mall at all. Is it that big?

Her: No, it's small. There's nothing to do there. It's on the big hill in the town.

Me: Oh, ok. I still have no idea but it's good to know. I'm gonna need a tour guide.

Her: Smiles

After that, we suddenly got interrupted and couldn't continue the conversation were we left off.
