This's what I do --

Hit on the most attractive girl --> If She rejects...
Hit on the second most attractive girl --> If She rejects...
.
.
.
Hit on the least attractive girl --> If She rejects, no one left STOP and wait for a new one to come.

There's a gap of 3 to 15 days between each hit.

If I'm planning to hit on one girl, but another more attractive girl comes up, I'm NOT going to drop her for the more attractive girl. I'll move up to her only after this girl rejects me.

Is all this seen as a sign of desperation? Do girls who have rejected me notice (the new girls cannot notice cause they've never seen me around)? The girls who rejected me gave very brief answers. You cannot sustain a conversion that way. Do they STILL notice?

Speaking of which I can guarantee you every girl and women (even married) know me; they stare at me pretty hard initially (surprised look (sometimes laughing/giggling), with no smile, I'm kind of like an eye ball magnet), and then the staring reduces over time. I can't check out girls on the face cause I know they'll be staring back (yes, I'm that confident about this). Any chance these girls/women are noticing me even AFTER the staring reduces?

However I've noticed whenever I hit on a girl, other girls notice...

I pretty much have no options. I'm trying to get a 1st GF since 1.5 years (no, I'm not in the west, but it's still odd to never had a GF by this age); I couldn't even get a proper girl to talk to me as friends even by now; they seem allergic. If I wait any longer between each hit, by the time I get a girl, my time will be over.

Since I don't get any girls, I don't think I'm attractive.

You ladies are completely ridiculous and dumb. No wonder guys cheat on you so much, and that explains why you're so jealous and always talk about stealing BFs. You see a guy trying to get a GF and the actions he's doing makes complete sense. He's hitting on girls. This action itself suggests that he's single and looking AND he's confident cause he has NO problems taking to girls in a place where 90% guys avoid girls cause they're shy. Instead of seeing him as a confident guy you're so un optimistic, you see him as desperate.

If your doing it in front of the previous girls its obviously a bad thing. If they dont know about it in anyway its not a bad thing at all. Dating is a numbers game, if your like me you have to be denied 100 times to finally get a girlfriend. there's no point in putting all your effort into one girl for 2 weeks to a month when your not sure if she's gonna choose you.

So you can listen to the girls and suppress the hunt, but it will take you a lot longer to find what you want and there's always those cliche sayings like if you dont try you won't know what could happen. Obviously when you find a gf you divert all that energy and effort to her.

Sometimes its just a number games. Never let another see you being reject. If what you doing is not working switch up strategies. Most people smell desperation and its a turn off. That's why when you in love or truly happy you glow and people flock to you. Try to just enjoy the conversations really just feel the moment with no end goal in mind. Yes hitting on every girl is seen as desperation , I was once with my ex. And his friends , These are confident well known men by the way. I was just watching some of friends as women passed by. These men pretty much could get any girl they wanted , But they still had to hit on every lady who passed by that was pretty. And some of them had pretty lady friends , They even flirt with me. Another wrong opinion. I'm ALWAYS a hit among the girls once they start talking to me (that's why I never chat -- they never leave me alone). Problem is, they don't talk in the 1st place when I confront them physically.

However one of the girls I hit on (she never saw me hitting on any other girl) responded back today.
