My sisters can't sleep at night?

I'm the only boy in my family and I do need my "alone time" around my age, but gosh my sisters are so active at night than daytime. Like if my little sister is awake, my older sister is asleep. My little sister like to watch TV past her bedtime and like to go into the kitchen turn on the lights for no apparent reasons. The bad part that my room is outside of the living room and kitchen, so I have to hear TV running and lights flashing in my room. And don't say "you be beating your meat in there" or "why can't you just lock your door". Number 1, I can masturbate anytime and to anything. If you have a problem with that, it means either you don't know what feeling good is or a girl who doesn't know what guys been through to get a girl (like me for an example). Number 2, I can't lock my door because it doesn't have a proper lock. It's a double door with one broken lock and a working snapping lock. Plus my little sister like to sleep in the living room which it's annoy me. And if my little sister is asleep, my older sister is too active. She randomly goes into the bathroom and picks at her teeth. And she's a energy user, she turns on the lights in her room, her closet, and bathroom for no reason. Even my mom try to find breaker box in the house to shut off the lights in her room. But when it comes to sunlight, she hates it. She always be on her phone and sometimes annoy me. And how they do this like it's their daily routine, they need to go to sleep and let me have peace. Like every night before I have my time, I walk out of my room to be sure they both are asleep then I shut my door. And if I find some activities going on, I'll tell my mom and make sure they go asleep so I can have my time alone. But it becomes too repetitive, I need some help so they can sleep.
