Just cause a girl has a boyfriend doesn't mean she now no longer wants any male friends anymore... I have a boyfriend too but I also enjoy spending time with guy friends as well. It's really not that unusual. She sees you as a fun person who she likes hanging out with. So that's why she's likely asking you to the mall.

I would go, i love shopping tho. But anyway, if i was you i would go I dont think you get bored and I think you won't be all the time shopping.
However, if you think it isn't a good idea cause you dont like shopping and you will not have "a good time" dont go.
