When girl walks by me she puts her head down or looks straight but I see her look out the corner of her eyes at me... why won't she look at me?

Well, if you're like the guy I do that to, it could be out of distaste. He's really arrogant and harasses me all the time, so when I see him in passing I either do something so I can look down, I'll completely ignore him, or I'll look straight ahead and peek out of the corner of my eye just to see if HE'S looking at me. So of she's really stern about it, she REALLY doesn't like you, but if it looks like it's out of nervousness or shyness, she might like you.

maybe she likes you. I tend to do that. I have a ceush on this guy amd i'd do that. She is just shy and afraid to make eye contact with you. as shy girls, we dont like to look like creeps and stare at the guy we like lol. try and approach her. It'll make her day, trust me.
