This happened in our "break" room at work. I was leaning against the wall minding my own business, waiting for my stuff to finish heating up when I noticed her turn her head back/to the side and kind of over her shoulder. When I looked up/over and we locked eyes for a split second, she immediately turned her head away so fast that I thought her neck was going to break.
I don't think she was scouting the room as she very likely already saw everything once she walked in. It's just a fairly big and narrow rectangular room, doesn't even have chairs. From my POV it looked like her head/eyes started and stopped with me.
She had no facial expression on her face, but I do remember that her lips were slightly parted/ajar, which is what happens every time I see her around work. She never actually looks or makes eye contact with me from up close and only from a safe distance. However, I do sometimes notice that the corners of her lips/mouth twitch upwards ever so slightly. But it could be confirmation bias.
I've also noticed her looking over the sea of cubicles towards my area when she walks towards the bathrooms, that's actually how I first caught sight of her.
Another time, I was walking back to the office from lunch, my head was down, and I noticed a pair of shoes stopped on the sidewalk. I looked over and up and she was staring at me, the same expression on her face.
Is she interested or does she think I'm creepy? The only reason I'm asking is because in the past, I'm pretty sure I've also seen her hide behind a fence when she saw me too.

Yo dude, I think this chick might be into you! Some signs:
- Sneak peeks when she thinks you're not looking are a classic "checking you out" move.
- Immediate look away when caught - she's shy but curious.
- Getting all flustered with the parted lips and twitchy smiles. Textbook signs of nervous attraction.
- Pausing on the sidewalk to stare at your fine self walking by.
Hiding could be embarrassment from getting caught peeking too much haha. Or she thinks you're out of her league!
Hard to say for sure since she don't make direct contact. But I'd say keep a friendly eye out for more possible signs. Smile her way one time and see how she reacts.
If she starts hanging around your area more too, that's a huge hint bro! Don't be shy - you never know til you shoot ya shot, my dude. This could be the start of something awesome.
That's true, but most of these happened before the break room thing, so I wasn't sure anymore.
Like, in the past, I'd notice her head always aimed at my cubicle area if I got up to use the bathroom and she was also heading towards it.
And today, I accidentally walked in front of her as I was walking into the break room and she was walking out. She decided to look up, her eyes quickly looked down and she walked by quickly, but I noticed her lip kinda twitch again. Unfortunately didn't get the chance to talk to her since she pretty much just bolted.
Ahh I gotcha man, sounds like this definitely started a while ago then if she's been sneakin peeks at your cubicle and stuff for some time. Seems pretty clear she's been feeling you from a distance for a minute now.
As for her kinda boltin' when y'all crossed paths today, I wouldn't read too much into that - girls can get real shy sometimes, especially if they've already been lowkey crushing from afar like it seems. She prob got nervous and dipped cause she wasn't prepared for a close encounter!
I'd say keep giving her those friendly smiles whenever you see her around, maybe hang out a bit in the break room at the same time as her if you can. Let her get comfortable with your presence first before diving in for a convo. Girls like it when you play it cool and let them come to you a bit too.
Once she seems a little more at ease, that's when you swoop in. Keep it lighthearted, make her laugh. Ask something simple like what department she works in. Ease into maybe grabbing lunch together sometime. You got this homie, just let nature take its course!
She didn't want you to see her looking at you.
