There's this girl I like.

She's shy.

She used to be super shy around me whenever I talked to her, blushing, looking at ground, etc.

I talked to her again today, and she was all normal. Friend and smiling, but no blushing or any visable signs of nervousness...

Is he losing interest? :(

Funny, this sounds like me and my crush yesterday.. Im really shy around him, can't even look at him in the eyes when he talked to me.. yesterday we were working together in class and it felt good cuz i wasn't nervous, was actually able to look at him and smile. I guess since it was only an assignment, there was no pressure of making conversation.
im definetely still crushing on him.

This girl might as well be getting comfortable with the idea of talking to you, which is good if you wanna take a next step and start hanging out, finding out what you have in common, etc. You should give it a try cuz she might want that too.
If she seemed to have a crush on you before, than its still there somewhere. Although some act like its easy, moving on from a crush is rare, unless you did something she didn't like, but thats for you to think about.

Id say talk to her, you have nothing to loose, right?

You said it yourself, that when you talked she was being nice and smiling. I think that's a good sign, because it means that she likes you, at least as a friend. So just start by that, being friends (: If you're going to the movies with your guy friends, try inviting her (and one of her friends if she wants). Make it a group thing so that you guys are comfortable but still feel like you're part of the same group/bubble of friends.

I would say since she is shy... make a move but not all the way. Next time she smiles at you look at her and tell her you think she has a beautiful smile or something. If she shows more interest from there then proceed.

Stop revieling yourself to much. Ask her if she wants to chill if she doesn't leave her your number. However if she does be sure to make your moves.
