When girls start putting effort into their appearance?

one time I decided to wear an eye liner at work and few other females told me I looked nice. Then my crush also told me that I looked good which made my day. However I started putting more effort into my appearance since it made me feel good. I don't wear heavy make up at all. Just mascara ,foundation and lip gloss.

Now most women from work are asking if I now have a boyfriend. when I ask them why they say its because I changed my look. When I say no ,there is not much to it. They all say that something is up.

Do you all girls start paying attention to your appearance when you get a man or have crush?

This happens to me too. Whenever I put more effort into my appearance people ask me if I got a boyfriend. No I'm just evolving and improving my looks for myself because I like seeing something pretty in the mirror. I can't tell you why though. Its perplexing to me as well.

No, I started wearing makeup because it made me feel better about myself. i thought I looked better with it. The man I'm dating thinks I look pretty with or without makeup so having him doesn't influence me when it comes to makeup.

When you feel more attractive, you exude confidence. They feel a difference in your "energy" you are projecting. Not goofy energy, lol, just like the way you hold yourself and present yourself.
