Does this girl at my new office like me? Does she know I like her?

1. When she talks to other coworkers she is happy/smiley. When she talks to me she is kinda shy/smiley. Kinda flirty. Like she is really enjoying the conversation. Her voice sounds kinda husky. But when she is talking to me in a group discussion, then she talks to me like she talks to everyone else

2. But she doesn't initiate conversation much with me. If we are working close together she is too shy to look at me unless I speak to her. I stare at her a lot for a few secs and she must be able to see me but doesn't respond even tho I heard that she does respond really bad to guys who perv on her. Only time she responded a little bad to me was when I smiled at her after she came out of the restroom and she looked away like she was embarrassed (I didn't realize it was the restroom)

3. There's a coworker who makes pervy comments (But she is friendly with him cause he doesn't perv on her). I was in a conversation with him and this girl and she said to me 'don't take advice about women from him'!

4. 3 days ago at the end of the day before I even said bye, she said "I hope you have a really great evening." Then we stared into each others eyes for like three secs

5. Yesterday a female coworker asked me "are you coming out with us all tonight", I said "what?" and this girl said "Yes he is". Later our female coworker told this girl in a conversation in front of me and other coworkers that this girl deserved better than her cheating boyfriend and this girl didn't deny it or get angry

6. Today she arrived in office while my back was turned. I turned around and my jaw dropped (couldn't control it lol), stared at her for like 2 secs. She smiled in a friendly and happy maybe a little shy way and said hi. I did the same. She then talked in that kinda husky/flirty/smiley way laughing at my jokes and ignoring all other people (when talking to others she never ignores other people).

2 questions:
1. Does she probably like me or probably not?
2. Does she probably know I like her or probably not know?

One more thing. A male coworker took something from me just before I was gonna use it. I am friends with him. Everyone knew it was a joke. I laughed. It didn't even belong to me anyway. It was his. But this girl said in an almost upset voice two times "Give it back to him!"

Awww. I am in a similar situation but not sure if the guy likes me. It sounds like she definitely does. I can't look at this guy in the face and i tend to fuck things up around him, like, drop things and i can't concentrate, it's actually ridiculous. I really make a complete arse out of myself. I find him funny, i am always in such a good mood around him. Anyway, eye contact, major thing. If it isn't all the time, it's definitely because she's shy, trust me with that. I'd draw it out a little more, touch her, if you can, lightly, on the back or prod her, just physical contact and in, maybe a few days, ask for her number? Depends whether you want to really get to know her first. Also, women can tell when men like them but they will most likely underestimate a guys interest when they like the guy because they don't want to get too ahead of themselves. So, signs that a woman likes you (from what i do) is:

Looking at you a lot
Smiling over/overly happy
Trying to get close to you
Touching you
Biting her lip
Playing with her hair
Touching her neck
Initiating conversation
Taking better care of herself (doing hair, make up, losing weight, different clothes etc)

I think she may like you chances are she either likes you romantically or sees you as a friend
Don't make it too obvious if you like her but do things to give her slight hints so she can adjust
Help her if she's carrying a lot of stuff, ask if she wants to grab lunch, help eachother out work wise.
I think you should act normal but do the little things that a girl can notice
And who knows Maybe ask her out for dinner or over your place to help you with your work
Just go with what feels right and the level of bravery you have

I think she probably likes you, but she sounds like a very shy Person. I don't think she knows you like her - she may know that you're attracted to her, but might not read much more into it. If she is good-looking, chances are she gets looked at a lot and it usually doesn't really mean much more than that someone enjoys looking at her.

She doesn't turn heads but she's cute to me. I don't think she gets looked at a lot. No more than the average girl. Maybe less cause she doesn't have a flirty personality/face expression unlike some other girls. But like I say it feels like she is trying to flirt with me when speaks to me. Definitely different than how she speaks to others

I'm not quite sure what you mean by a mouse's behaviour. If she didn't like you, she wouldn't act shy with you or treat you differently than other People. That's how you can spot that someone either likes or dislikes you, it's not so much in how they treat you, but rather in how it differs from how they treat everyone else around them. Based on what you wrote, she definitely doesn't dislike you --> therefore, I think it's probable that she likes you.

Not sure I can give you much flirting advice since I'm pretty shit at that myself, but I'm sure you can figure something out to get to know her better at work and maybe also outside of work. Good luck!
