Why do small girls always fall for really big guys?

I'm a big guy (6'5" 265 lbs), and the girls who are usually most interested in me are the little girls. This seems odd to me, because you'd think the taller girls would be more into a bigger guy given that girls usually want to be with guys who are bigger than they are. My last three gfs have been tiny. The smallest was barely 5' tall and 105 pounds. Just curious why the little girls go crazy for the big guys and why we don't see the same interest from taller girls.

It drives us tall girls (I'm six one) absolutely crazy when we see a huge guy with a girl who is like five feet tall. It's so annoying! But the same can be said for us. Many short guys find us attractive. I don't understand it. I've only ever dated one guy taller than me. Most have been around my height or an inch or two shorter.

I guess height isn't main criteria for me anymore like it was when I was younger. Sure a taller guy to make me feel small would be nice, but it isn't the end of the world to me. I'm more concerned about my compatibility with the person, and height is a bonus.

That's very true. I see tall girls usually with guys who are right at their height. Tall girls just don't seem as attracted to us as the short girls.

I think unconsciously they are compensating for their own lack of height. That's why they are so fixated on men who have above average height.

Because tall women are tall themselves they usually are okay with someone of equal height or just slightly taller.

I noticed this to and I just think it's funny. My sister is 5'2 and she only dates guys 5'10 or taller. I'm 5'7 and I'm good with a guy who's about 5'9. And I have dated guys my height as well.

That said, my thoughts are that maybe it is a subconscious attraction to our opposite? Since I'm below average im used to jumping on counters and climbing and stuff to get stuff, so maybe tall guys appeal for their ability to "be our man" and get stuff off the top shelf? Or something like that? I don't know. It is definitely an interesting observation though-just one that doesn't seem to apply to me?

I think the 'opposite' thing has some merit to it. The first physical contact between me and my most recent girlfriend was her grabbing my wrist playfully and then commented how she couldn't get her hand even halfway around it. And I admit, I really like the small girls, too.

I'm 4 11' beyond short for my age.

Tall boys make me feel safe and protected.

It's cute when a girl looks up and gives him kisses.

Short girl + tall boy = cute relationship

This is goals for me.

I don't want a short boy it's awkward. Taller girls are searching for taller boys. Simple.

But it depends on the guy. I also love guys who are shorter too, but since I'm short, it's impossible. I only care about their personality though, not really their height.

What about size? Big, skinny, solid... which is best?

It depends on the guy. If he is short, he should not be that skinny, not that going, average. If he's big, skinny. If he's big and tall, the. It's too intimidating for me.

I'm tall with muscle, tho I'm not cut. I'm not fat because I wear 34 jeans. My upper body isn't defined, but it is solid, like if you touch my chest or arms they feel hard. Would that be intimidating?

Well are your muscles huge and hard? Are you that big? Because yes that is intimidating. If it's that defined like six pack or eight pack then yes I'm sorry it just creeps me out.

No, I don't have any kind of pack LOL, like I'm not cut, just big.

I've always wondered why I usually only get approached/crushed on by tall guys. (6 feet and over) but I don't really ponder on it because I like it... For some reason, men close to my height don't seem to like me. Only a few do... :S

Well yes... But its pretty normal. Because it's only two inches below the average. And you're about 8 inches above the average so that's why you think that

When we met, my ex-husband was 6'11" and 300 pounds and I was 5'4" and 130 pounds. I made two or three very tall girls jealous when I started dating him. I didn't date him for his size, although I did enjoy feeling tiny at first. Realistically, I probably would not consider dating any guy over 6'5" in the future. On the other hand, I am interested in short guys (my height to about 5'10")- I think they are cute and I am not a big fan of heels.

Honestly, after being married to an abusive 6'11" guy, just seeing extremely tall guys incites panic.

Also, at times it was like we lived in two different worlds. 19 inches is a huge difference. Everything was too small for him, but was the right size or too big for me.

i guess its about how safe you feel when you are next to a big guy or how cute an feminine you feel next to them... etc
also it coul be a primitive instinct lol
like when a guy is more attraccted to tiny girls and how she makes him feel big
