Is it a bad thing when a girl whispers in her friend's ear?

So I met this girl over fb a couple of months ago, and I found out that she's in 1 of my classes. We never talk in person and I'm not even sure if she know's who I am. Sometimes I would catch her staring at me from across the room. She has a friend in that class and last week I was standing outside class and her and her friend came. I sort of looked at her for like a few seconds and she had a neutral look on her face. Then she began whispering into her friend's ear when she was looking at me. Is this a good or bad thing? Also what could this mean?

You know why it was a bad thing? because you overthink these things. You're worrying about something that is not a sure thing. That is self conciousness.
just think like this: it was not about you (Whisper). Unless you find the pleasure in feeling that way.
