Why do MOST girls only message average guys these days when they need them as utilities?

Just behavoir i notice among female of this generation. They will not talk/message guys first unless the guy is attractive in their eyes, and even then the guy has to be really attractive like this nigga looking good for them to continue doing it:

Yet, for your average male, who looks like this:

Women only seeem to message first, or want to communicate if it's to use the male as some utlility to help her out. Never contacting the guy just to say hello, talk about interesting article/video/picture they came across, or ask to hang out like most guys would do with their male friend.

This is for Male/Female "friendship" relationship/ acquitances that I've notice from my experience. Why is that though?

The guy in the first pictures is ugly. I would never ever be interested in someone like him, the second guy is more of my type. I have to say I'm sorry that you think this way because the girls I know aren't at all like what you describe, but we aren't like most girls anyway. Looking at girls in a general view, I could see where you're coming from. However, not all of us are like that. If they are? Then they are shallow.

Maybe the girls your looking at are shallow.
The second image of the guy is cute but a smile couldn't hurt. Smile shows confidence and "fun" approachable.. Girls or at least me as a girl want all those things.
