Is there really such a thing as sweet and innocent girls any more in this modern age?

find I meet these girls around here , they often at work or online look sweet and innocent , at least that's how they want employers or parents to view them but as you get to know them that's not the case at all. there not even virgins and have already had sex long ago by now , they drink and party on the weekend , have tattoo's and piercings , post sexy photo's to social media pages for everyone to see. I'm not necessary saying there is anything wrong with there behaviour more they try and put out a public image of themselves which is much different from reality to try and appear more innocent.

maybe its not them but just the modern era , birth control is more readily available than ever before , the pill is used by many young women these days and sex is carefree once risk of a baby disappears. drinking is also very common among young women and some of them enjoy it and drink often. social media has also created a space for them to post pictures that didn't exist in years past and a sexy bikini pic isn't really seen as a big deal anymore when compared to what people sext to each other.

so I guess my question was is there still truly any sweet and innocent girls in this modern era or our the girls of today simply living in a more openly sexual era than before? where some tradionally " bad behaviour " is written off as younger experimenting

Not EVERY girl is like that, and it's not JUST girls... you guys too. I never got drunk and am against doing drugs :) !! I didn't really drink at all, until I turned 21, and that's like 5x A MONTH lol!! I've met party people, but they aren't my kind of crowd. I have 3 tattoos, and ear piercings, 1 body piercing (but that's just creative expression for me) Don't stereotype. You are very conservative. I have an innocent sense about me. I don't party at college. School is more important. I'm sexual, in the bedroom, but not dominant. I'm submissive, which makes me feel innocent, even then. Currently I am in a relationship, and have been for a year. In the past, I didn't date for fun, I dated to find someone to be in a relationship with, long term. I was scared to be with most for a long period of time, because I don't trust easily. Some didn't want a relationship, which was unfortunate. I've never had sex at a party and didn't have sex AT all until I was 19!!! I also didn't f every guy I was with. I wear classy normal length clothing. I'm also into traditional gender roles :D

some girls don't wait till 19 to have sex which was sort of one of my points about how modern girl was more sexual than in years past. I would agree waiting till 19 might be a good idea as in high school relationships and sex can come a bit early and be more than some can handle then. I'm politically conservative in the sense but not necessary religiously conservative , I'm not against a girl partying at college or going to a bar with friends and having a drink , just saying a lot do this now and maybe that is leading to behaviour some might feel was in bad judgement. and that since that behaviour is so common its not a big deal anymore when it happens

It depends on what you mean by sweet and innocent. I very rarely drink, I don't party and I don't sleep around. I'm generally very friendly, i don't like rudeness or violence, and I love animals and give some of what little money I have (student here!) to charity. I try to be nice to everyone i meet and have to deal with, and I try to treat my boyfriend in a very loving way. But as for being sweet and loving with my boyfriend: I'm not a virgin, I'm on the pill, and he and I have sex very often. We are in love, I plan on marrying him, if that means anything, and sex is a natural part of us being in love. So I don't know if I meet your definition of sweet or not, but I do my best. :-)

you sound like a nicer girl than some of the ones I described here , I wouldn't expect many girls to have never had sex by 21 and I did mention the pill is very common by that age as well. part of my post was how I felt the modern girl was more sexual than in years past , not necessary that I felt that was wrong in the sense but that times and social values had changed.

Well I was ready to argue with you but after reading your examples, I agree with you actually lol. I feel like i'm living in the twilight zone sometimes with how people (not just women) are today. So many people are so obsessed with instant gratification, it's like no one values anything deeper anymore.

The only thing I was going to say is that some girls can be sweet and innocent and still stand up for themselves and have independent thought. Some guys, especially on here, are so quick to think that women who are capable of those things, aren't sweet and innocent still and that's not really fair.

find where I live there is a lot of younger women who put out a "public image " of them being nice/sweet and innocent for when there at school or work but as soon is there away from that , the sexy bikinis come out and alcohol gets pouring. they want people to think there nice but some of them really have other concerns in life mainly partying and booze. my point was these girls are acting one way to please certain people in there life but really want to act another once there away from them

I've never understood the bikini thing either, even when I was younger, it felt like I was going outside in my bra/panties. I always wear a bikini with like a cover up over it because it's kind of uncomfortable lol.

I think girls just start dressing more revealing earlier on in life now and of course social media is everywhere and influencing everyone.

I saw 2 girls at the beach today , they appeared to be nice girls although there bikini's were very small and revealing , I'd say they were nice cause the one was there with her dog on the dock as well and her friend was lying on her belly and reading a book. I can't see a girl going to the beach and reading a book if she was looking for a guy or sexual attention. it just seemed like they were showing off body cause of the heatwave and style of swimwear not cause they wanted guys to see it

she also had her facebook profile set up to make her look better , her public profile featured very classy pics of her and made her look very descent and not a single drinking pic , but once you added her as a friend you could see her other pictures and there was a picture from each weekend and in just about everyone she had an alcoholic beverage in her hand or was drunk at a bar or party. any kind of event that featured alcohol she was there drinking in the pictures this was hidden for only her friends to see , other people or possible employers who might look her up online wouldn't be able to see the real her

she was a very heartbreaking girl to deal with , she ended up leaving the country to work in Thailand of all places , haven't heard from her in months , no idea how she is doing or if she drinks when over there or not , I guess she choose to simply escape from reality for a while , at some point her work permit will expire and she'll have to come back?

its pretty easy to go no contact when the girl is in asia , she blocked me long ago online and on her phone anyways , but she'd still talk to me in person at local pub for whatever reasons , then all of a sudden she announced she was leaving and was gone. it feels weird that she is not around , she always used to be around and highly visible during the summer especially at bars around here. I'm not oppressive to women , I was simply trying to point out what our modern girls have become. things have clearly changed and whats acceptable behaviour is much different now than in years past. lets say before the 1950's it would of been unheard of for a young women to go out on weekends and get drunk and have sex with a random guy , tattoo's on women are also a modern thing , really not common at all till last 10-20 years. well there common now it never happened in years past. so there is a lot that has changed in last few decades
