My girlfriend asks loaded question and always uses ultimatums?

Hey, why do women ask "loaded questions"? By loaded questions i mean no matter how you answer it will not go over well. My girlfriend asks them a lot.
She also uses a lot of ultimatums and threats. We have been together for 4 years and its now becoming like this and i dont know why.

She sounds like she constantly needs to be reassured of things, which means there isn't trust there. Also, threats are never the answer and personally speaking, if my boyfriend - especially of 4 years, gave me ultimatums and threatened me, I would leave him because that's like saying you have to do things their way or the highway. Relationships are all about give and take, you both need to set a happy medium, make sacrifices, it needs to be 50/50. Maybe you both are getting older and have been together a while and she just thinks it's time to settle down and she's trying to take control of things, or maybe she feels that you're slipping away so she's finding ways to keep you, and ultimatums are never the answer. You have to really think about this and re-evaluate things and ask yourself, could you do this for the rest of your life? Are you truly happy with her? Are there more bad times than good times? Every couple has their problems but if it's been going on for a while, something is up and you should think about how healthy this relationship is. Then once you have all your thoughts together, have a talk with her. If she truly loves you and wants to make it work, she'll make it work. Best of luck!

Maybe she is cheating, and thinks you are cheating too. Most cheaters have this kind of behaviour. You need to talk with her.

That's not good. Seems like she wants to keep you under control. She's trying to manipulate you with all those ultimatums, so you do what she wants you to do.
The loaded questions seems like a need for drama. Many women love drama, so they will just create drama themselves if you don't create it.
