What to do when your cousin says he likes you?

OK, I really need help, not so long ago, my cousin expressed his feelings for me. After a few days he told me it was all a joke but then he tells me his serious about and that he wants to go out with me. I said no but he keeps asking and I don't know what to tell him. I'm not sure if this is all a joke or not, hopefully it is but what should I do? Should I believe him now that he said his serious? Or just forget about it? And if he is serious, what do I have to do?

theres rules against certain types of cousins dating...if he's your first cousin i.e. your mothers sisters son..then yeah that's not good but...if its someone that's not blood related its fine..

if it is non blood related and your still not interested. just simply tell him NO. and if he continues tell someone about it. or get a restraining order on him

Actually it may sound sick but 26 states out of 50 it is actually legal to marry your 1st cousin

Also in Leviticus chapter 18 it lists out unacceptable and acceptable sexual unions and 1st cousins are not on he list of incest, so from a biblical point its not wrong to, I'm not saying that dating you cousin I think its wrong

Maybe he said it to get with you but he changed his mind cause he found someone else but then he broke up with her and now he's saying he's serious and he wants you... it happened to me.. but he's not related to me.. that much.. he's my step brothers cousin.. soo.. eh.. but I said no..
