Stretch marks in boobs appear during the teenage years, due to suddenly going from an A cup to a 3B cup, stretch marks on her chest area, mean she picked up a size really fast and almost everyone has them. If they are on her butt, then don't worry literally everyone has them, just google your favourite celebrity and cellulite. Even big visible stretch marks on her gluteus is perfectly normal.
