I'm self-conscious about my thighs, advice?

I overall have a fit body and am very comfortable with it, but for some reason, I am very concerned about my thighs. I know that they're normal, but I can't stop thinking that they're too big, and that all the muscle might be fat, even though I know it isn't. This stops me from wearing shorts, and I even missed out on a beach trip because of it. Advice?
