This female coworker blocked me on Instagram and now she acts embarrassed that she pretends she doesn’t see me. could it be because she made it weird?

I have seen her Instagram stories, followed and mistakenly unfollowed her and then followed back and then sent her a dm saying “sorry for unfollowing you hey how are you?”. After a few days she blocked me on Instagram. Now why is she acting a bit weird now that she blocked me? I didn’t do anything bad to her or harassed or double texted her.
