Should I confront my female coworker for blocking me on instagram and not accepting my FB friend request or ignore her and move on?

Hey guys. So about 5 months ago, this female coworker blocked me on Instagram out of nowhere only when I followed her, unfollowed and followed again, followed by dming her with a "Oops sorry i unfollowed you how are you?" I didn't say anything or didn't anything to make her go past the point of no return in doing that. Now, I have seen that she has tried to get closer to me by saying hi and making convos with me from time to time and she has shot glances at me. Now, me thinking that we were good, I decided to send her a friend request, which she turned down and has made it so that i can never send her a friend request again. Now, I am not in the slightest bit interested in her but just for being friends. Why would she do all of this while at the same time trying to say hello and do all these other flirting signs?

Can people give me reasons why she would do it to me only and not the usual “ignore her and move on”
