Guys, do you think it's cute etc. when your girlfriend is a lot shorter/smaller than you? Why do you think this? I've just been wondering about this for a while.

I know some people only like answering the polls but I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me some thoughts etc. Thanks :)

Depends on the guy. I like slim and/or petite girls (but not ridiculously skinny like skin and bones). My buddy likes super skinny girls (i.e. Skin and bones lol) and my other buddy likes bigger girls. So each guy prefers his own.

I like girls to be smaller than me just because it's cute and attractive to me. I couldn't tell you why, I just like a girl to be shorter than me. I don't care so much about thickness, but height is something that I like to be less than mine. But yeah, shorter girls are just huggable and like little teddy bears I guess. I just like for a girl to be shorter than me as opposed to near the same height. I wouldn't count out a same-height girl, but if I could have a preference it would a shorter girl.

I think it's similar to why most girls don't like it when a guy is shorter than them. Most women say they like the feeling of protection/security from a bigger guy. Well, I'd say guys like feeling like the big knight in shining armor. I'm a taller guy as it is, but something about the physical contact of a shorter girl makes me feel more comfortable.

That being said I also have a thing for athletic girls who are often kind of tall.

It's to the persons preference. Myself, I don't prefer someone extremely shorter than me. Either close to my height, or about 6 inches shorter. I dated one once that was extremely shorter than me, and it just felt odd. But, the body type has to be thin. And no, I don't necessarily think it's "cute." Just appealing.

Yeah, it's cute, but not a requirement. At my height most girls are shorter anyway :)
