I would to hear from any smokers, or former smokers, if they have ever attempted hypnotism. Does it work to end smoking?

  I believe hypnosis can help end smoking... I once went to see a hypnotist about improving my dietary habits. The suggestions the hypnotist put forth to my unconscious seemed to be beneficial in the years since I was hypnotized (I was hypnotized only once). I'm sure, if there's anything you'd like to improve upon (e. g., smoking habits), hypnosis would help.
