Have you ever tried to hypnotize yourself by watching Hypnosis videos at Home before?

I've done it a few times... How many times have you done it? Have you watched hypnosis videos?

I have hypnotized myself by watching hypnosis videos many times.

I have hardly watched/made any Hypnosis videos

I’ve tried when I was younger but it didn’t work for me. Not at least until I took a psychology class and my lecturer tried it on me. It was amazing and it felt like time was moving differently. He had asked me to raise my hands above my head with my eyes closed -something that would tire you out after a couple of minutes, 10 times tops.
When he asked me to put down my hands and guess how long it has been, I said ‘10, 15 minutes?’, he said ‘are you tired?’ And I said no. 45 minutes had passed! There are lots of ‘hypnosis’ videos on YouTube that promises good sleep, orgasms, manifestations etc but I can safely tell you that none of these work. You don’t get hypnotised by simply looking at something move in circles.

Interesting idea. I watch guided meditation videos sometimes. I suppose it's similar.
