Obviously I can't answer this very well without knowing the exact situation you are talking about, but my guess is that there's probably been a bunch of miscommunications, so now the guy is just beyond frustrated. It could also be a self defense thing. I've had to do stuff like that to protect my job before.

I don't know, same question for girls, its not just us and that statement is a bit sexist. But you do it too, and any time someone does it its usualy because theyre either self absorbed or embarrassed to be wrong
