The thing is, if you weren't picky about exactly which one, you probably could. I'm not saying you could get a relationship with them - that's a totally different question - but I'm fairly confident that you could get laid.
Anyway, I agree with you, and I've said so many times. While I think women share SOME of the blame - dating apps have caused most women to think they can get Top 10% men, so a lot of women ignore the bottom 80-90% of men completely - I still think most of the blame is the guys.
Women start off the game with high value that they didn't earn - they just went through puberty and BAM - high value (yes, they usually have to work to maintain it). Men, on the other hand, start at the bottom, and have comparatively little value on the dating market, and they must EARN their status, including making changes to how they look, dress, think, and act, plus working hard to build resources. That makes it very hard for young men to get sexual interest from women (except for the Top 10% or so of men). Is that "fair"? No, but no one said life was fair.
Still, if guys want to get women, and they weren't born in the Top 10, then they have to get to work, and the ones who can't or (usually) won't do the work and make those changes are NOT going to get laid, and it's largely their own fault - again, with a small percentage of guys who are just incredibly awkward or unfortunate-looking, who won't all be able to overcome that. The majority in the middle, though, have plenty of potential to get girls IF they work at it and do the right things. Many just don't want to do the work - they want hot women to just show up on their doorstep, wet and willing, "just because" - and that isn't gonna happen. Those aren't Incels, they're Vcels - voluntary celibates - because they are CHOOSING not to do the work or make the changes.
I was born with below-average looks and I've been overweight since I was a kid - yet, with some effort, I can get women. Not ALL women, but SOME, and I've had plenty of relationships and sex partners over the years. That's not because I'm rich or have celerity status or whatever - it's because I worked hard at it and was willing to take risks and accept rejection from a LOT of women. If I can do it, the vast majority of guys could do it - they just have to want to bad enough.
Again you have to understand female and male characteristics if as most males werent raised with love which can be wimpish, attention which they feel is not needed because they know everything which they don't and forget respect it's all about them. Then the transitioning from adolescent to adult which if reared right would yield maturity intelligence and responsibility. So in reality if you dont meet a mature person or yourself for that matter you will go on naive in the fact human behavior is learned and if not you will fail in understanding the different aspects of human behavior and demeanor. Be with people who understand humanity not go through it.

It goes both ways some women complain about whatever and some of the men do too. It's always going to be that way.
Guys begin thinking about girls in their fantasies, and those are never real women, always Playboy Bunny types... so that's what they want, later they start getting to know real girls and discover that looks are one of the least important traits in a mate.

like nikhil said, a girl who is a 6 makes her self appear like an 8 enough to where she actually thinks she's an 8. SOOO... the same applies to girls who are a 4. It gets to the point where you have to be sexless or choose to have sex with some odd creatures.
It's not just about getting laid for those guys, it's about having loyalt and feeling a connection with a woman who submits herself to him. It's a pretty unhealthy world view.
