Those girls just want those dick-sucking lips so guys will validate them because they're insecure about their existence. Though I can't say I disapprove of their choice, I do definitely prefer girls with naturally full lips.
It depends on how it's done. Just enough to give a natural looking, but still fuller lip isn't bad, but in most cases, I think it looks too fake. The lips pictured above are overdone if you ask me (especially the top).
I think it's pointless and most of the time ugly. I've never heard of a man complaining, that his girlfriend's lips were too small. That just does not happen.

Only natural full lips as it's usually balanced with the face features. I don't believe in fillers or silicone injections. They never look natural with time. But that's just my personal opinion.
