We've known each other for 3 months, Should I confess?

Me and this girl have been friends for the last 3 months and our friendship has been going well. we both realise that we're opposite to each other but we attract. The small thing I noticed in this period is that she doesn't showing interest in me but in spending time with me. I mean she comes say hi and sit and talk with me but we never talk about each other. We just discuss general stuff and talk about each other opinion so we realised how different we are but different in a way that we can still understand each other. I'm working on making her more interested in me and it's improving like very slightly but I'm happy with that rate because in the beginning she wasn't interested in me at all. I've been having an idea that If it takes me longer than this she's going to friendzone me and also I'm afraid that maybe I'm rushing things for her and If I confess now it's too early for her or she's just not ready. What do you think should I do?
