Isn't a thumbs up an emoji for "okay"?
Maybe she was just trying to keep it short because sometimes when you send a longer reply and some people don't even read it all, or reply back with a one word reply...
For me, it would depend on who the person was and the way they text/communicate... If I know they prefer short texts or I know they don't read the whole reply, I might just send a👍, but for someone who really communicates back or I can trust to read the whole reply, I would probably send a worded reply...
If I had interest in a guy... I wouldn’t do a thumbs up. But don’t overthink it, no. Not something to overthink about. If she wants to hang out, she is interested in you clearly. But it sounds like it’s more of a platonic meet up, so that’s why she could be using the thumbs-up
i would not trust too much text it's just not natural , people start to overthink "should i write that or should i write this instead?" and they just forgot to be true to themself , personaly i would see how she she react in person

I don't think it says much... I don't use the thumbs up with anyone because it's such a dry emoji to me and I am too much of a hyper person for it lol. But that's just me.
thumbs up just means ok. Regardless of how much i like a person, i'll still use a thumbs up. You're reading into it too much
It's a okay cool, I read your message. It doesn't mean she likes you and at the same time it doesn't mean she doesn't like you
Sometimes I use it as a quick response as in agreement to something.
Otherwise it's because I can't be bothered texting so I just send that rather then leaving them on read.
