Girls, Why do Girls judge Guys on their level of Confidence?

Confidence is attractive whether we're talking about men or women.

Besides attraction, we all know that insecure people require more work. If you want a relationship with an insecure guy, you will have to make most of the moves (first date, first kiss, initiate intimacy, etc.). In addition, insecurity comes with other personality traits that can be harmful for the couple (jealousy, lack of motivation, lack of trust, etc.). Insecure people have trouble saying what they want and therefore, they usually also end up unhappy and unsatisfied.

I could go on for ever...

However, to sum it all up, it is more attractive and simple to build a strong and healthy relationship with someone who is confident, whether it's a man or a woman.

Well i think i'm missing the contexte here... are we talking about a personal experience of yours?

I know i've dealt with a shy guy and eventually I just had to give up because he wasn't doing anything... Most girls will not reject a guy just because he is shy. The problem is everything that comes along (lack of initiative, lack of communication, trouble expressing feelings, etc). Dating takes effort from both sides. If you're insecure, you will have to put double the effort because everything will be new and uncomfortable for you. Most shy people prefer to be passive rather than take the lead once in their life and see where it goes.

But again, this is my experience. I will be interested to know what happened in yours.

I simply don't approach Women because I'm shy but once I get to know someone I can become a bit more confident, But I just get ignored by Women especially one's that I'm attracted to.

I think confidence associated with courage which is associated with honesty and power and tolerance and independence and reliability. Woman are looking for people they can trust and count on.

Well it depends right? A certain level of confidence is a must, but I'd rather be around a shy but respectful person than an overconfident or arrogant one. Sometimes shyness can even be attractive in my opinion

It get boring, it mean girl do all talk and talk. Means man is like little boy, it gets boring try to get man to talk back to me. Confident man will make decision not confident man I make decision

It depends on each person's personality. If someone is shy or insecure, it's more likely for that person to find attractive someone bold and with confidence and vice versa.
