Yep. Women will always go for a confident cheater than an unattractive loyal man (short, ugly, overweight, lacking confidence, etc). It's ridiculous women, or anyone else, would try to claim otherwise. The cheater comes off as "high value;" like he can no only get other women easily, but that he doesn't even appreciate what he already has. While the other guy comes off clingy and desperate in the eyes of women.

This has been my observation as well. Women always deny it en masse, but when given the choice, the vast majority of women will choose a man who they know cheats on them, or knowingly become the other woman, than choose a man who actually cares for and respects them.

I think it would be true if you added the clarification, "the type of guy that is likely to cheat". The guy that nobody wants is a guy that nobody wants. The guy who is likely to cheat is at least desirable to someone or he wouldn't be able to cheat.
