For me... thinking back to my younger days... its was only creepy for me if it was from someone I was not attracted to and its unwanted. In my younger days I had this happen, most of the time I felt complimented and thought it was pretty sexy, and had a few experiences I really enjoyed. I mean 19-20 year old guy, has a good looking woman in her 30's come over and make an aggressive move... I liked it. Fill in the blanks... lol.

It felt creepy if it was from someone I didn't find attractive and was more or less disgusting.

I guess the bottom line is, me talking about myself as a guy and not anything else... if you enjoy and are attracted to someone then its okay, if its forced on you and its unwanted, that is not okay. This can be a blurry line though.

Yes when I was in my 20s I was ambushed by an older cleaning lady.

Take it as a compliment and firmly but politely decline. I just now noticed that you said "The way they feel you up". If they are inappropriately touching you then that is a completely different story. Let them know you are uncomfortable with it and you'd like it to stop. That isn't right. If you are not comfortable talking to them, ask someone who is.
