Some women/girls are jealous and call women that are more beautiful than them "ugly" but I don't know if it's the same for your sister. Maybe she thinks that a certain Victoria secret's model isn't that great but others are?

Maybe that’s simply her opinion. But it doesn’t matter what her face looks like anyway, as she’s promoting clothing, not beauty products.
Perhaps she is slightly jealous of this woman because she lacks confidence? Who knows….
