We went shopping at the mall, this 'sightly' big-ass chick struts by and we notice all the guys standing in line at the ATM turn their heads to watch this beauty pass by, and brother suddenly dropped this on me: "so many models out here in public to date but not enough role models at home!"

No. Misconstrued scenario. It's an unfortunate few who paint a bad picture for the rest of the ladies.

I'm not going to make any assumptions right off the bat, but this question and this scenario is worded in an interesting way where it looks/sounds inherently sexist. I'm not trying to be "woke" or "modern", but I think that the terms you used, like "chick" and "Big-ass" or even referring to them as "This beauty" all have a minor derogatory connotation to them. I also think that the options are a little weird, what do you mean by priorities at home? Do you mean chores and things that are commonly associated with housewives? There's a lot about this question that, depending on the circumstance, my answer would change regarding context.
Overall, I think I would have to disagree. I think there's a level of responsibility both sides of this situation need to take, for the guys, I think it's okay to acknowledge someone's attractiveness, but you shouldn't be staring as they pass. For girls, I think there's something to be said about not wearing bikini's to a mall or other clothing like bikini's. But overall, it's not the girls fault she's attractive, and it's not the guys job to stereotype, that comment is out of pocket.
Alas, this is just my opinion, so don't be too harsh please.
